How to reduce drowsiness in online class?

1. Get rid of social media
 

Usually when we are lazy and sleepy in class, the first thing we want to do is get used to going to social media like Facebook and Instagram in class. This is something that usually happens automatically. There is no one to stop us from doing that. Therefore, we need to think about this and reduce it as much as possible. Many people use this as a remedy for drowsiness. But this is completely wrong.


2. Eat a little early


If you usually have a class at eight in the morning, you can practice eating at least seven. You know what? Most people feel a little bored and drowsy after eating. In that case, if you eat at the same time as the class, you will have a lot of sleepy tea and laziness throughout the class.


3. Keep water nearby


It is a good idea to keep a bottle of water with you during online classes. One is that drinking water can greatly reduce drowsiness. One more thing, usually when you are thirsty you don't have to go back and get a bottle of water. Then it will be easy for you too.


4. Read today's lesson about thirty minutes before class


This is something that does not charge much and should be done. About half an hour before the start of your class you can read the lesson taught in class today and write down what you do not understand. Then you will automatically be tempted to listen to and understand those misunderstandings in class. So try to do it that way as much as possible.

 
5. Get used to the table and the chair


Another reason why many people fall asleep is that they are not used to the table and chairs. That's why some people are used to joining these classes even from bed. Apart from that, your drowsiness will increase but not decrease. Therefore, as hard as you can, sit in a chair in front of the table and attend the class. It's very good to reduce this drowsiness.


6. Choose an orderly location


Here's another place where we go wrong. If the chair and table where we attend class are cluttered with pieces of paper everywhere, it is a burden on our brain. As a result, you may not be able to read the class easily. So make it a habit to attend class in a place where you can pack as little as possible. It doesn't matter where it is. Any place with a neat chair and table.

Usually we are used to recording the class without listening to what is being taught in the class. As we record, we are automatically tempted to go on social media. But that work is completely wrong. It's okay to record what you do not understand. But do not neglect to pay attention to what is being taught in class.
