Water is the source of life on earth. Water is an essential element of human life. It can barely survive more than a week without food, but it cannot survive more than two or three days without water. Two-thirds of our body weight is water. This need for water and its fulfillment is an important factor for a healthy life. Drinking less water or not fulfilling the body's water needs properly can lead to sudden illnesses as well as a number of catastrophic damage to the kidneys, urinary system, etc. over time.


Need water?

1. Water provides the nutrients that almost all the internal organs of the body need. Water is important for the distribution of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.

2. Water is needed for digestion. Water is essential for the functioning of the entire excretory system.
To remove waste products, water is excreted through the body as urine, sweat, and saliva.

3. There is a set temperature that the human body must maintain. More water with excellent heat capacity (temperature tolerance) helps to regulate the temperature.

4. Water is an important factor in the protection of openings such as the eyes, ears, nose, moisture, brain function, and many other functions such as constipation.


How much water do you need?

The doctor recommends that the average adult drink about one-third of their body weight in water a day. That is, a person who normally weighs sixty kilos should drink about two liters of water a day. Due to environmental factors, medical reasons, medical conditions, fatigue, etc., the amount of water to be drunk may be higher than normal.


When more water is needed

1. Most modern office spaces are ventilated by fans or air conditioning systems. The air released from the air conditioning system is depleted of water vapor more than normal air. The wind in the fans dries up the sweat in our body quickly. Therefore, the amount of water to be consumed is higher in an environment with air conditioning or fans.

2. Drink plenty of water on hot days and when exposed to the sun outdoors. Then water is expelled from the body as sweat.

3. When we exercise and work out, our body releases more water. Even then, the body needs to be given more water than usual.

4. The doctor advises drinking water for diseases such as dengue fever and diarrhea. Even then, you should drink plenty of water as recommended.

5. Before working out or working out, you should drink 500 ml of water and then 250 ml of water at least every 15 minutes. Then the body will not allow dehydration.

It is not possible to conclude that water stored in plastic bottles is only suitable for bottled water. It is a good idea to buy water bottles to see if they are properly certified.

Today, these plastic water bottles pose a health threat, just as water bottles that have run out of water can cause serious environmental damage. So it's a good habit to carry a bottle of boiled water in your bag when you leave the house, as we used to do two decades ago. Then we can confidently drink water without any change in taste because of the bottle we take home. It is also a good idea to use a bottle or water bottle to drink water from time to time when using a TV and computer.

Mineral water bottles for sale are made of cheap plastic and most of these water bottles are not suitable for refilling.
