Non-fatal disease - gastritis

 


Gastritis is a disease that most of us suffer from. Sometimes it can be fatal but other times it can be fatal. Today I wanted to talk about gastritis. We need to take good care of this disease without thinking too little because there is a dangerous side to this that we do not think about.

1. What is gastritis?

According to our ancestors, gastritis is one of the three faults. This is also known as acid reflux disease. According to doctors this disease is more prevalent in Sri Lanka than in other countries. Gastritis is an infection caused by a breach in the lining of the stomach. We feel hungry because the stomach secretes an acid to digest food. So when you are hungry but do not take food, the mucous membranes of the stomach are damaged due to the continuous secretion of acid into the stomach to digest food. That is the main cause of gastritis.


2. The seriousness of this
 
Chronic gastritis can lead to stomach, esophagus, small intestinal disorders, breathing difficulties, and as the disease progresses, it can lead to constipation, internal bleeding, bladder and hemorrhoids, and stomach ulcers. According to Ayurveda, if left untreated, the disease can lead to bleeding from the stomach walls, skin rashes, arthritis, mental disorders and even neurological disorders.


3. Common symptoms of gastritis

Check to see if anyone has gastritis. Do you have any of these symptoms? We can see in the disease.

However, in the early stages of other serious illnesses that can occur in the stomach or stomach, these symptoms can often be mistaken for gastritis. Therefore, we would like to remind you that if these symptoms occur frequently, it is imperative to seek medical attention.


4. Some common causes of gastritis

Not eating on time and not eating from time to time after eating. In short, more food.
Excessive alcohol consumption, smoking and drinking without food.
Stress and long-term depression.
Sleep deprivation and daytime sleepiness.
Frequent consumption of acidic, high fat, hot foods.
Not drinking enough water and drinking large amounts of water at once immediately after eating.
Getting used to a fast food diet instead of a balanced diet.
 

5. What can be done to reduce gastritis?
 
The main thing in this disease is to be very careful about the food we eat. In addition, the following things and proper medical treatment can cure the disease.

The first step is to make three main meals on time.
If you do not feel hungry between main meals, do not eat anything.
Reduce tea and coffee consumption.
Do not add raw leaves to food.
Avoid spicy foods such as peppers, pickles with vinegar, oily bonds, oily chilies, chewing gum, bubble gum, spicy foods, chocolate, mustard and prawns / squid / crab / squid.


6. Foods to eat

It has been said before that one should be especially careful about food due to an illness related to the digestive tract. Here it is advisable to add these foods regularly.

7. Types of hand remedies
 
No matter how much medicine we take, sometimes there are times when gastritis gets worse due to small mistakes on our part. At such a time it is worth knowing such a remedy.

Squeeze aloe vera and drink the juice as an instant relief.

Peel a squash, grate it, and put it in a cup of water.

Put roasted coriander powder in water and drink on an empty stomach in the morning
